The Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District provides a wide variety of services to the community. In order to serve you better we are now offering the following information and forms to you on-line for you convenience:
Water Access and Building Review Form (Fire Letter)
A water access review form must be completed for any construction requests
Along with this form a plot map showing where the structure sits on the property, it can be emailed to joeder@nrfpd.com
Domestic Burn Permits (Downloadable File)
A domestic burn permit is required for open burning including burn barrels. Please click on and fill out the below form and keep for your record. The Fire District does NOT keep record of your permit. It is the home owners responsibility to maintain a current premit and follow all the regulations.

Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
