Access & Water Supply Review Request

Tillamook County requires that structures have documentation from the local Fire Structure stating that the Fire District can provide service to the structures.

In order to provide the required documents, Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District requires that the information below be completed.  In addition, a foot print of the proposed structure or remodel must be attached. Failure to complete the information will delay review.

The fees for the Access and Water document review adopted in Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 07-03 are as follows:

  • Residential - $100.00 (10 working days)
  • Commercial - $200.00 (30 working days)
  • Remodel of Existing Structure - $100.00 (10 working days)
  • Residential Developments - $200.00 (30 working days)
