Volunteer Recognition

Purpose

The above criteria will be based on the individual’s active service (in good standing) with the Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District. Active service will be defined as that service provided to the District and community on a consistent basis. If the individual fails to be active for more than a month, that time will not apply toward years of active service. Any time spent on leave of absence or medical leave absence (unless due to department related injury) will not count towards active service.
